If you're selling a branded product, you may need permission from the brand to list -- not just Amazon's permission to list in a category.

For some products and categories Amazon requires approval or compliance documentation in order to list a product. In general Amazon doesn't provide details into why you are or are not permitted to list a product but if you provide appropriate documentation you can be approved.
