To address the authenticity of the products mentioned at the end of your notification. Here, you have been requested to provide evidence of the authenticity of your products using documents like invoices.
An invoice to indicate that your products are original. This will allow us to identify where your products were sourced and manufactured from. A valid invoice will have to to meet the following criteria:
- Have been issued in the last 365 days
- Reflect sales volume during the last 365 days (if applicable)
- Include contact information for supplier and buyer, including name, phone number, address, and website
- They must also be authentic and unaltered.
- Be submitted in PDF, JPG, PNG, or GIF files.

There is a ton of "counterfeit" products coming into the country due to this, without brand backing or warranty, often inferior quality.
Some of these items are sold under another brand name or as generics, but it's easy to see they are the same models as the big brand kind.
