Amazon not showing up to video verification.
On August 6th, I received an email for verification, which included a link to complete and select three possible dates for the verification call with the required documents. After selecting the dates and waiting for two weeks, I did not receive any notification as promised, stating they would contact me 48 hours before the video call. I contacted support again, called, and received an email stating they would get in touch with me within 7 days, but they never contacted me. I also opened a case with the number 15893534221, where I once again accessed three options for video calls, but I am still not being notified as agreed. I am waiting with all the requested documents and have no way to update my status, as I am dependent on the video call, which I am still waiting for without any response from the team.

As per case 15893534221, I am not able to see any confirmed times/dates, can you confirm the ones you selected?
