Accidentally chose wrong ASIN when sending to Amazon FBA
We sell multiple sizes of the same flavor product. I accidentally selected the larger size package (300 grams) on Send to Amazon FBA workflow, and instead sent the 100 grams units as I intended (different ASIN). I realized my mistake a few days later, after sending in the 100 gram units, and called support. They said I could do nothing about it, and neither could they...big surprise. I had to wait for the units to show as discrepancy under Shipments.
Finally, 30 days later after the contents were stuck in "receiving" status, I was able to open a case log to investigate 16539898601. I simply want them to recognize the units as the proper ASIN I in fact sent to them.
However, the responses to my request to simply update the ASIN on their end have gone nowhere, the inventory is still in "receiving" status so nothing can be returned to me, and support is not being helpful. What to do?!

Greetings @Seller_pjbcBltWa0KXg,
Sorry to hear about this mix-up! I'm just catching up now but wanted to check in on this with you. I read the Seller Support case, and ultimately your best move (if the issue is still persisting) is likely to recall the units via Removal order. Let me know where this is at!
