How to delete a fake bad review?

One of my products received a 1-star review from a customer, but after communicating with the buyer, it is clear that their review does not match the actual situation.

In communication with the buyer, they mentioned that my product could not be opened to refill water and essential oils. However, my product only requires lifting the lid gently to refill water and add essential oils. There is no possibility that it cannot be opened, as there are no latches or button switches. Initially, the buyer said the product was not suitable for them and that they wanted to purchase another one. Later, they informed us that they wanted a replacement but could not find the replacement option. Based on the communication, we believe the buyer is simply looking for a refund rather than having an issue with the product itself.

I can provide full communication evidence.

How should I handle such a review? This review significantly impacts my product's sales.

I have also tried contacting the Amazon community-help team via email, but my emails have always gone unanswered.

What should I do? This review is severely affecting my product sales.

Hoping you are brand registered. If yes, you are allowed to contact the customer for some specific reason. Begging to remove a review is NO reason and you risk your seller account having done this! So, on your place I would just don't move to not wake up sleeping dogs.

We all have to live wich such erroneous or even malicious reviews. That's Amazon. Better reviews will come and the bad one will "go down".

We launched a new product 3y ago and had a bad review before we sold a unit, we tried opening cases and such, with no result.

It was most likely left by a rival seller, sadly we had to delete the listing to get rid of it.
