We would like to inform you that the cancellation was done by customer, since they ordered without checking the spec properly, please find below the screen shot showing the reason.

There was only 2 consignment were returned due to customer's mis-selection, the customer is telling that something new which is not mentioned in the description, Hence we are not responsible for the cancellation,
