We also faced this issue fews days back. For us, this occured whenever a new listing was attempted to be added to an existing parent listing.

Raise a seller support case with screenshots attached. Your issue will get resolved.

Otherwise there is also a round about approach which is faster than relying on seller support. You can try listing your item as first single listing without any parent grouping. Then in your existing parent variation, under Variation section, add the attribute and SKU of the single listing. Your single item will get grouped under the parent without any issues.

Hello all! I have connected with our tech team regarding this issue, they are still investigation this issue, it appears to be related to an error caused by the pricing.

Please update the list_price for all the impacted listings using the Edit listing option in seller central or uploading a template, after the list price has been updated, please re-submit the variation update.

Let me know how it goes.

I am experiencing a persistent error while trying to create or edit a variation listing. Every time I enter the correct price information for each child variation, I receive the following error message:

> "Attribute 'purchasable\_offer.our\_price' does not have the expected value(s)."

I have already ensured that:

* The ‘Your Price’ field is properly filled (e.g. 9000.00 for each child SKU).

* The ‘List Price (MSRP)’ is filled correctly.

* The ‘Sale Price’ fields are completely empty.

* There are no date schedules populated.

* All required fields for variations are completed.

However, the error persists. I have read multiple seller discussions where many other sellers are facing the same issue, and it appears this is a known system issue related to pricing fields getting stuck in the backend.

Kindly escalate this to the technical team to clear any backend data corruption in the pricing attributes for my listing. If needed, I can provide screenshots showing the issue. Thank you for your assistance.
