Hello,

Can someone help me figure out why I keep getting "this page is currently unavailable" on just about everything I try to list? I have an invoice, check all the boxes that appear, upload the invoice, and then when I hit apply to sell, I keep getting this error on every single listing across any category, any brand or product. I've gotten a few (about 3) auto ungates which I was testing out, but the rest, like 99% of everything else I try to list, I get this error.

I've been on the phone and filed numerous cases to get this resolved, and they won't fix the issue, instead, keep sending auto-generated replies. When I call, they supposedly document the issue correctly and keep hanging up on me mid-call (I understand this is a common occurrence for other sellers too), or they say the issue is being "escalated to the technical team" since they claim my account has some error codes on it which is the cause of the above error, but nothing I try works. (My account is active and in good health, so there are no account health issues at all that could be triggering this error).

I've also tried to list using the excel upload method, and the product appears in the inventory, but then it says inactive. When I click that link, I am taken right back to the apply to sell with the check boxes, repeating the same routine and getting the same "this page is currently unavailable" error all over again.

PS: I’ve tried different devices, different browsers, cleared browser cookies cache, etc., tried a different authorized user on the account, resetting the device, and none of these fix the problem and still get the same error.

If anyone can please help, I'd appreciate it. I have lots of merchandise sitting in my warehouse waiting to be sent to Amazon, but can't list (and by extension, then sell) any of it so looking for help from anyone that's faced and resolved this same issue.

It can be a glitch, or more likely, it is gated and you do not have authorization to sell the products.

Since you are new just be sure to follow the requirements for the new, improved Amazon.

Have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here.

DO YOU HAVE AN LOA?

Source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.

Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.

Is it POSSIBLE that the brand has sent Amazon a "whitelist" of approved sellers and did not have you on it?

More and more brands are providing such a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.

I had one of my brands stop me because they CHANGED the company they hired to screen sellers. The NEW screener did not recognize my Amazon store name because I do all my purchases under a different LLC. It took a couple weeks to get straightened out and no problems since then.

If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.

Spend hours/days on Seller U and read the Forum to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above!
