Help to resolve account issue

I am working on Amazon seller central from 2017. My store has been working great from last these years and I am having a big sale every month. I registered a trademark and also got insurance for my amazon account.

On 29-April-2023, I got an email from Amazon saying we need to verify your identity. So please provide " Government issued ID and bank Statement". I wasn't remember that i used driving licence when i registered account and i submitted passport as my identity (i live in Ireland and i used driving licence registering my account and my passport is belong with my home country Pakistan). After submitting my Passport on 30-April-2-23 Amazon "Temporarily Suspended my account". They say that " The country of residence that you selected in Seller Central when you registered your account does not match the country in the documents that you provided".

I opened a case with Amazon seller Support and told them that I submitted the wrong ID. But I didn't get any reply from Amazon Seller Support. I talked with Amazon Seller Support Multiple Time but every time I did not get any appropriate reply for their end. I opened multiple cases and got the same reply every time. On 09-May-2023, one of my friends told me to upload your identity verification on the global verification link where I put my "driving License" and " Bank Statement" on that page. I attached an image with an email too. 10-May-2023 Amazon seller sends email that your "Seller Identity Verification Completed".

Then everything is gone okay and smooth but I have one error remaining on the Account info Page that

"Your account is at risk of deactivation"

"To Comply with the INFORM Consumer Act, which goes into effect on june 27,2023. Amazon needs to collect and verify information about your selling on Amazon accounts. Currently, You have one or more verification action items Pending".

* Identity Verification

When I clicked on identity verification it opened a page where I had no option to upload any document. it says that " we have failed to verify the information that you have provided. if you have further questions, please contact seller support."

For the above verification notification i again opened Multiple cases and all cases i got the same reply that please click and upload identity verification.

After some days, amazon sent Deactivation notification to all sellers for INFORM ACT, i am getting a new notification on Account information page of FIVE inform act verification.

I have no option to click any link except identity verification (re-verification) and bank account verification. For the bank verification link I normally put my all bank documents and verified. On the same day I also get Tax verification Automatically. and when i click to the identity verification link i get the same error as i tell you above.

I submitted that bill to amazon and again I got an email saying that we need more documents to verify your account. I upload that document again to Amazon team and after one day amazon says that

Thank you for your recent submission. It has been reviewed and accepted. However, your account remains deactivated at this time.

Why is this happening?

Due to unresolved policy violations from the following dates, we are unable to reactivate your account. The dates are in YYYY-MM-DD format:

Now I again call amazon seller support for help but the member says that your account is okay in our end " they think there is any technical issue in my account". On 4-Aug-2023, I again opened a new case with amazon seller support but still waiting for their reply.

Please help me to resolve this as soon as possible. I have big inventory there and I also have inventory in my local warehouse and I have no idea how to resolve this issue.
