1 star reviews that are obviously and accepted by Amazon as a fulfilment issue as sent out incomplete yet I cannot get them taken down

I am stuck and need your help.
There are two 1 star reviews sitting on my product and despite numerous requests for these reviews to be removed I have been unsuccessfull.
The reason for the removal is they both were sent out incomplete and they are a fullfilment issues.
One is still showing as a review on my product page although in the feedback manager it says "Message from Amazon: "This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience."
I have also on numerous occasions reported the reviews as being a fulfilment issue and as such not relevant on the review page
I have also contacted by email community-help@amazon.com and reported this without success.
Please help me as this is seriously affecting my sales.
