need guidance for seller centre account
we need a support from customer care to help us with pricing and listing. the previous person from customer care did not guide us properly and not responding again also. so please do the needful.

You're not alone—many new sellers face similar confusion while listing products or setting the right price. Here's a quick step-by-step to help you out:
Listing Assistance:
Use the “Add a Product” tool and select correct category/subcategory.
Make sure to upload clear images and write SEO-optimized titles + bullet points.
Check if your product falls under "Restricted Categories", as they may need approval.
Pricing Guidance:
Use the "Automate Pricing" tool under Pricing Dashboard to stay competitive.
Check prices of similar ASINs manually as well.
Avoid underpricing (can trigger account health issues) or overpricing (can impact visibility).
If your earlier case is not resolved, raise a new case in Seller Central > Help > Get Support > Selling on Amazon > Products and Listings.
