No one comes to pickup my order under easy shipping option. Amazon team is not helpful at all.
We are a new seller on Amazon and have started selling through easy shipping. However, all my orders are getting cancelled as no one from Amazon comes to pick them up. What are the solutions? We have escalated this to our Amazon account manager, but she has given no solution. Our pickup address is Sector 57, Noida. Any guidance?
