Contact info for Marcus line of credit that was issued via Seller Central?
Had a line of credit / loan from Marcus (Goldman Sachs) via Amazon / Seller central. Payment went missing, and no one at Marcus has any clue. They claim they sold the loans to a third party, but every third party I have contacted also has no clue. I have tried every number they have given me, with no luck. Marcus' customer service is absolutely INFURIATING to deal with. Have spent hours so far on a wild goose chase via telephone.

Indy from Amazon jumping in from the community management team. Have you also tried creating a seller support case for this issue? I'm not sure whether this falls directly under the loan providers purview, or if we can do something to help here. Please provide a case ID on this thread if you do create one, happy to follow along and provide support where I can as well.
