Number one question is do you have the brands permission to sell on Amazon?

These are all important questions YOU have to find out. Nobody will give you a step by step advice. I would first do some days of research on the website of the FDA to learn what authorizations and tests you need.
... lol..... you are on Amazon! Amazon is a self service platform and nobody will give you any guidance...
