Orders are not being picked by delivery boy and it gets cancelled, and we loose contumers
My 2 orders were not picked and it get cancelled and we lost 2 prime costumer (easy ship).
my third order is in pipeline, it is also assign to easy ship due COD. and it is scheduled to pick today between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and we didn't any call or message from easy ship delivery boy when he is going to pick up our order. We are afraid it will not get cancelled due to negligence.
Do anyone have easy-ship costumer care number so we can talk to them.
