same here happening with us...my balance is now in -12000 zero profit till now later joining seller account of amazon...alli get is impression and useless click marketing goes to 2000 sales happen 200

I am using sponsored ads for 7-8 days now. Since I am also new to this, I started with all types of ads (6 campaigns with Rs.50-75 budget) with very specific targeting to my product category,competitor,audience,videos itself. In the process, I added keywords to listing, added videos,edited photos, made a+ content and tried to optimize title. Last 3 days, I started to move 4-5 products a day, today I did 7. So I think, it takes time to build up and get sales. I would suggest you to experiment, if you are getting impressions and people are not clicking it, just try to make it more attractive. It should work, just takes time.
We can not compete with brands here on amazon for years in few days. Good luck to you.
