Lost sales ranking after re-listing my product

I had to delete my listing because of an error but I re-listed it and now my ranking has gone. I used to rank organically number 2 for my product but now I am way down the page. Does anyone know if this comes back?

Just wanted to check if you've made any changes to the ASIN browse node.
If you've recently updated the category or browse node, it might trigger a recalculation of the sales rank.
