Selling "India Organic" product(s) on Amazon.com?

Hello - and thanks in advance for your help!

Does Amazon/USDA organic regulations allow the US sale of products labeled with the "India Organic" logo but which are NOT also certified/labeled USDA Organic? I.e. is it OK to sell products in the US that have the "India Organic" logo but do not also have the "USDA Organic" logo?

Some background: in the US, products that are sold, labeled or represented as 'organic' must be certified according to the USDA's organic standard (NOP) or certified according to an international standard that the USDA deems equivalent. Since ~2021, the USDA no longer recognizes India's organic standard (NPOP) as equivalent to the USDA's NOP.

Amazon's policy follows the USDA's organic regulations, see https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GWK5PALSS4EM4MCT and, of course, we also want to follow the regulations.

We are planning to sell products from India that are legitimately certified organic according to India's NPOP standard AND labeled with India's NPOP organic logo - this logo contains the words "India Organic", text that is part of the logo's graphic; to see the logo, please google for "India organic logo". The NPOP certification is a meaningful fact about our products and, along with other facts, provide real product differentiation.

Except for the "India Organic" logo, our Amazon.com listings, product descriptions, photos etc will not include the word 'organic' and will not represent the product as 'organic'.

Some related questions: Are there any steps we can take with the USDA or Amazon before we start selling on Amazon.com to get permission or pre-approval and otherwise avoid any organic objections to our listing?

Can anyone recommend Amazon/USDA consultants who could review our packaging and listing contents to help ensure we are compliant with USDA/Amazon regulations?
