WE RECEIVED AN ORDER ON 21ST FEB UPON CHECKING WE REALISED THIS ADDRESS IS INCORRECT AND MOBILE NUMBER IS ONLY OF 7 DIGITS THESE ARE BASIC INFO WE NEED TO PROCESS AN ORDER UNDER SELF SHIP , SO WE REPORTED THIS ORDER UNDER SUSPICIOUS ORDER TO OUR SURPRISE AMAZON SAID IT MEETS THERE SHIPPING GUIDELINES WE NEED TO SHIP , SO WE RAISED A CASE ON THE SAME DAY ABOUT THIS FAKE ORDER WITH ORDER ID AND SCREENSHOT THEY SAID WE WILL INVESTIGATE AND AFTER 4 DAYS WHEN AMAZON ITSELF CANCELLED THE ORDER THEY CLOSED THE CASE SAYING WE SHOULD HAVE RAISED A CASE BEFORE CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER NOW THEY CANT DO ANYTHING , I MEAN WHAT SORT OF CRAP SERVICE DO THEY GIVE TO SELLERS NO HELP WHATSOEVER , PLEASE CHECK THE SCREENSHOT BE A BETTER JUDGE WHERE IS OUR FAULT. WE ARE GETTING NO HELP FROM AMAZON AT ALL. NOW OUR ACCOUNT HEALTH IS IMPACTED WITH LDR WITHOUT ANY FAULT OF OURS, OUR QUESTION IS HOW CAN WE SHIP AN ORDER WITHOUT ADDRESS AND MOBILE NUMBER .
