Can't log in to European Sellercentral due to OTP issue

I don't know if anyone else has experienced the same problem. I can't log in to European Sellercentral just now, UK, FR, etc.

The OTC process seems wrong, as it stuck to the page Two-Step Verification "Choose where to receive the One Time Password (OTP)" and it says "There was a problem. Please wait at least one minute before requesting another OTP."

It's been a while now and I don't know whom or how to reach.
