Package Lost In BFL2!!!!
Dear Amazon:
Our package was lost in the BFL2.
The shippment ID is: FBA18CVBCL24
The case# is: 16366796671
We sent package to the BFL2 by DHL,which was delivered on Sep 09, 2024.
We waited long time,then nothing was received!!!!
Finally,we opened a case,and request investigation.
We offered documents they asked,but they told us that the BFL2 warehouse did not receive our package.
Our DHL tracking number has proved that the warehouse received it.
Besides,the BRENDA MILLAN,who is from BFL2 warehouse also sign for it.
Please note that BRENDA MILLAN is from BFL2 warehouse!!!
Why they are lying?
We trust amazon,that's why we send package to the new warehouse.
Now,we lost package,waste valuable time!!!
As sellers,we really hope anyone from amazon team can thoroughly investigate BFL2 warehouse.
They are lying!!

Yes, I also vote for investigation with this BFL2 - SHAFTER, CA warehouse. Same issue.
We shipped a parcel of 270 pieces to Amazon Warehouse BFL2 - SHAFTER, CA. Tracking clearly shows that parcel is delivered to the warehouse. Amazon closed shipment without receiving any items. We filed claim with Customer Support, CASE ID 16325823301, and they clearly denied our claim saying that they "We have completed an additional check in response to your request. We have no record of receiving the following expected items". We provided complete set of documents and proof of delivery from UPS with the person name from the Amazon warehouse who received the parcel. It also shows the weight of 14.50 kilograms which means this can't be nothing. I have been a seller on amazon since 2017 and have never faced any issues with delivery. Please help!

I have been watching this thread for a while. Certain warehouses constantly prove to be a problem. From what I've seen they are the following: PSC2, ABQ2, RDU4, BLF2, and now BLF2 as well. Make a note! I've been selling on Amazon for many years and I always had a very high regard for their logistics. The last couple of months that high regard has gone to heck. They have a new system in place where you can choose where in the country you prefer to have your product delivered to ( at a fee). I can't say for certain that THAT is the problem but it certainly looks like it.

Something concerning is happening at BFL-2 in Shafter, CA. We've been selling on Amazon since 2017, and this is our first significant problem. We shipped a box with 33 items weighing 12 lbs on September 10, 2024. They received the box but claimed it was empty. How is that possible? We’ve sent invoices and the shipment receipt but are still awaiting a response (Case ID: 16370963271, Shipment: FBA18DN1HLX8).
Additionally, another box sent to the same warehouse had three items missing, but those items are now suddenly appearing day by day, and now the shipment is complete.
This needs to be checked by Amazon management.

RDU4 lost many of my products after receiving process and Amazon did not reimburse me for those lost products. They said that i shipped less than written numbers in the shipment plan.

We have had sevral shipments with the same issue to this facility . Entire shipments. Any reasonable human would conclude that
- We did not ship an empty box completely empty
- Amazon has a security issue at this faciltiy.
Thats any reasonable human, then we have Amazon. This has to be costing them thousands of dollars in reimbursements.
