I entered my address incorrectly when opening a seller account, and now I can't make changes, so it's not being verified
I am currently living in Turkey and I have a company that enables me to engage in import and export activities in the UK. When I opened my seller account on Amazon UK, I entered my company address for UK correspondence, both as my personal and company address. I used the same address for both. However, I was supposed to enter my residential address for one of them. I thought I was doing the right thing, but I've taken a completely wrong path. I have been trying to change my address on Amazon for two weeks now, but there has been no response from anyone. I am wasting my time and energy in vain.
I am unable to open a case on the Help page. Whenever I try to open a case, I always receive the same response ('This is not the right place for this case'). When I submit a contact request, it gives an error.
When I try to send an email through the link 'https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/cu/help/contact-us,' I often receive the same automated bot response. When I reply to it, they tell me different things. My only problem is that I can't change my address. However, I can't reach any representative or support in any way. While Amazon provides so much support to sellers in the United States, why can't we find answers to our questions here? Please, can someone help? I'm providing the evidence below...

Looks like you must first reactivate your account (remove suspension).
Why you are suspended? First find out the reason and reinstate your account.
