Best way to deal with FBA return fraud?
About 5-10% of our returns end up being return fraud. The customer does the old switcheroo and sends back their damaged/broken/old crap in place of their brand new item.
It's simple enough to find the order and request reimbursement from amazon if it's a different product but sometimes it's the same product but obviously old/damaged.
Is there a good way to go about requesting reimbursement for these? Do I just relentlessly insist that it's a different product due to condition until support gives in?
