amazon is reducing the prices of the products that I sell by at least 70% without my knowledge

amazon is reducing the prices of the products that I sell by at least 70% without my knowledge, this is a mistake because it is ordering me too much, the customers buy the products with a 70% discount and the price is much lower than I buy those products. I update the price again and after a few hours the same thing happens

First, are you using one of the automated 'repricers'?

If so you probably have a setting that is wrong!

On the offer on Amazon, does the item have a comment such as 'Price Reduction Offered by Amazon" or one such as they have on several of MY items currently -

"Sale: $44.99 — Discount Provided by Amazon. "

If that is the case, AMAZON will eventually pay you back for the discount but it can take weeks/months for them to do that!

They are basically stimulating the sales for your product.

If it is the FIRST case with a repricer, then YOU are losing the money because you set something wrong which is WAY too easy to do!

Hello @Seller_0CNC1aRtf2777,

I'm sorry you're running into difficulties with pricing. I'd recommend that you review the Pricing Health page, which goes over the details of how pricing behavior occurs on Amazon.

If you wanted a closer look at your issue, I'd recommend creating a case with Support, so they can look at how the pricing is impacting your products and provide more insights.

Thanks for your understanding.
