Dear Amazon team,
its high time to demotivate all the sellers who are using your plateform. being as a seller we got multiple fake returns, product exchange and your order from yoga name which is fake and after fake returns increases you are suspended our listing which is totally revanue loss for seller.
your policy and sop's are running only for buyers even you are not giving any such authority to seller justify that fake returns are increases

We are also sellers, and have encountered SEVERAL such FAKE-ORDERS time to time.
We are selling on Amazon since 4 years now, and I already have a room full of fake order returns. Now we are Manufacturers ourselves of the product which we are selling here, and amazon team lacks to tell the difference between a 100 kg Stainless Steel Rice/Wheat Storage container and a used Mobile cover!
I mean, what do you guys give them salary for? Not enough educated to lookout for the details, of what we sell and what get in returns order? No claims given thereafter!

From time to time Amazon puts fake orders from different different illogical fake adressess in order to show us that our sales are growing but in mean time many fake specially COD orders are being placed, they got cancelled even before reaching to end customer with no logical reason their by causing loss to Sellers in terms of Shipping charges , packing expenses etc.
If we try to cancel such fake orders on our own Amazon puts our account health in Red their by harassing & bulling sellers indirectly &favouring to fake customers.

I also got fake orders from customer named "Yoga", he ordered and asked for replacement and then finally returned. He has done that 2 times.
Anyone has a list of such customers? so that we could ask seller support to verify the customer and cancel the order from their side if customer seems frauds one.

We as a sellers should unite & put some pressure or actions on Amazon co. Many sellers are facing same malpractices issues running by amazon from time to time earning them crores of rupees in terms of shipping charges, fees, etc.

These orders aren't actually completely fake ones, Amazon is ordering them and checking the dimensions and weight that we have put to penalize us.

use self-ship instead of easy ship. self-ship is cheaper than easy shipping. and you will get only genuine prepaid orders.
I also use self-ship after so many fake orders and returns. from last year I have had less than one percent return.
