Product Condition Customer Complaints due to FBA mistake

Received a Product Condition Customer Complaint, consulted Account Health Specialists twice, and did what exactly they asked me to do. But still got rejected since Amazon no longer accepts POAs.

This is very confusing since after researching it is FBA's mistake since they probably pick the wrong color for this product. I've asked FBA to do a bin check and came back with some product images which is the correct color. But Amazon is not taking POA, circumstances like this are not under the seller's control if it's FBA's mistake to pick the wrong color.

Please advise what should I do.

After reading your post it looks like the only option is to dispute the violation.

1. Continue with my prior submission by providing an explanation and supporting documents how you did not violate Amazon's policy.

Or

2. Acknowledge the violation. Delete listings from inventory.

If you have invoices to submit for the ASINs listed, you need to provide copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days and before SHIP BY DATE for the ASINs listed in this email.

  • These documents must reflect your sales volume over the last 365 days.
  • Include the business details for your supplier, including the business name, business phone number, business address, and website. We may contact your supplier to verify the documents. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier’s information.
  • You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN under review.

You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. The total allowed attachment size is 10MB.
