Selling Partner Communities Support

to change to be a resident of the USA in amazon seller account/ how do I change my account status/ I am currently living in the USA for more than 180 days/ according to the laws of the USA I am already a resident of the USA/ I have contacted the support several times/ they do not understand my question at all, they direct me somewhere and ask me to litsing or asin/ but I ask them about something else/ how do I change my account status/ so that amazon identifies my account as a resident of the USA?

Are you referring to changing your business address? Please note that the business address associated with your account will be used on all returns.

To change your address, complete the following steps:

  • On Seller Central, go to Settings, and then select Account Info.
  • In the Business Information section, select Business Address.
  • Select Add a new address.
  • Enter your address information and click Submit.

Once you update your business address, you may be required to complete Business Address Verification again to verify the new information.
