New product images won't update
I had some basic photography pictures as a place holder on my new listing. Whilst I was waiting for stock to arrive, I created “official” product images. I uploaded them on the manage listing page. Arranged my photos etc etc… save and finish. It gave me a message, saying it would take 24 hrs for the update to reflect. Unfortunately it has now been 3 days and it hasn’t been updated, the uploaded images aren’t even in my listing (back end). I tried to raise a case ID about this, but the assistant could clearly only see the current / basic placeholders pictures. I have just done another upload - what could be causing this? I don’t understand why nothing is showing, and no explanation.
