Product says Active but Amazon show " currently unavailable" when searched

Product looks active but it says currently unavailable when searched. since you cannot call or email Amz seller support, i can only hope to get a response here.

I keep getting a response form this email merch.service05@amazon.com asking for more infol When i reply to it as requested...i get an auto response that says you cannot reply to this email...uggg very frustrating no communication.

My problem is NOT solved. Still waiting on someone to contact me THAT I CAN REPLY to or call.

If you are doing FBA it's possible that all your stock is being moved from one location to another and will be active when it is eventually checked in at the new location.

If you are doing FBM check your settings to make sure that you are not in vacation mode. I had shut down to do inventory adjustments and price changes a few weeks ago and forgot to go back active for an entire day!

It was actually nice to have a little break!

Do you sell in USA but live in another country? So it's normal you can't see it available.

Hey there @Seller_zGPplUa26ArMv- thanks for letting us know about this! Wanted to check in to see if the status has updated at all yet? Maybe the inventory was in transit and has been checked in to the new fulfillment center? If there's been no progress please do let me know a Case ID you've been working with support on so I can take a closer look.
