BuyBox hijacked by three scammers in three consecutive days. Organized crime facilitated by Amazon.

We're a reputable brand in our category. In the past three days, we've been fighting against scammers. Customers help report the fraudulent activities, which is the only way that works so far. However, when one scammer is removed, the other will appear in a few hours. It just never ends.

Our efforts were all in vain. We've tried everything from Seller Partner Support, Brand Registry Support, Abuse Report, Report an IP Violation. Nothing works. Amz people will only tell you that they don't interfere with distributorship. You cannot prove anything until a test purchase order is found out to be fraudulent ten days later. We issued signed and sealed statements and counsel letters affirming that there is NO resellers and we are the ONLY manufacturer, brand owner, patent-holder, worldwide seller of our own product and brand. It won't help. We're one month short from getting our registered trademark certificate from USPTO so counterfeit report is not an option. We implemented the Transparency and paid Amazon protection fees but it's a long-term measure that has zero influence now. Brand registry won't levy any restrictions on listing qualifications either. Amz is essentially the critical accomplice in this organized crime.

The notorious far east sellers are so easy to tell as sh*t but people just keep being ripped off because of tendency to ignore who the seller is. Also, despite that official announcement has been made on our own website and social media, and words have been spread in our own clientele, it's catastrophic to our brand when the consumers/victims blame us as the scapegoat.

Justice is a joke here on amz.
