We recently analyzed our Amazon return reports (March 16, 2023 – March 16, 2025) and discovered a major issue with our return reimbursements. Here’s what we found:
Total refunds processed: 625
Orders actually returned: 295
Orders reimbursed as lost: 80
Orders with missing data: 250 🚨
For these 250 orders, we neither received the returned items nor were we reimbursed for them as lost. There is no clear status update available in Amazon reports.
We have already reached out to Seller Support for clarification, but we wanted to check if other sellers have faced a similar issue.
