Changing the Primary User
Hi. Our primary email address is set to the email address of an employee who is in charge of a different field. We've attempted to change the email address through the primary user's login settings but received a performance notification about our selling privileges being removed.
We tried to reach out to Amazon, but they gave us the same generic response of logging the primary user in and changing the email address and name through Log in settings. We can do that but don't want our selling privileges revoked again. We might get permanent restrictions from incorrect information provided by support. We'd appreciate clear and concise help. We are willing to send any documents to prove that there are no malicious attacks on our account; we just need to get the primary user's name and email address changed.
Please help us.

My name is CR and I wanted to hop in here to see if I can get you some additional information here.
It sounds like you may have opened a case with Seller Support on this. Is that true? If so, can you provide me with the case # and I'd be happy to review this issue in fuller detail there.
However, I did find this thread from another seller here in the community who seemingly had to go through the same process. You can review this by following the above hyperlink. Ultimately, the below is what they did that helped them get this resolved.
This is what has worked for us:
1. Download Amazon App (the regular one, not Seller).
2. Log-in (as we have email and password, just not 2SV). It doesn't require 2SV.
3. Go to User Settings, Log-In and Security, 2SV, and it send a code both to the phone and email. As we have the email, we've been able to change the phone.
