Wildly inflated MFN shipping dates
recently Amazon added 7 business days to every US location as displayed to the customer.
Some old heads will come in and mention handling time and shipping templates.
No matter if we use SSA, a default template, or make 1 day shipping our only national option the customer experience still has 7 additional business days added.
Almost perfect OTDR-granted when you do heavy MFN volume you will inevitably have a few RTS orders that will hurt your OTDR but ours is routinely above 95% so that’s not the issue.
Literally went from 80-100 MFN to 3-4 because of this and our holiday sales will be ruined.
