What do I need to do to delete an unreasonable review?

Our product is a touch pen for iPad. We've made it very clear that it's not compatible with the 10.5-inch iPad Pro in product photos, bullet points, and even A+ content. Includes instructions for checking device compatibility. However, the buyer still bought the product and left a 1-star review on the grounds that it was not compatible with the 10.5-inch iPad Pro. What's worse is that my product just launched and it's the first review. What do I need to do to get rid of this product listing destroyer.

This is a review from a Vine customer.

I reported it but the result came back as a non-violating review so it was not deleted.

This is clearly the buyer's fault, so why is the seller the one who suffers the consequences?

What do I need to do or do I have to accept and stop selling this product?
