AMAZON HOLD ALL OF MY FUNDS

Amazon hold all of my funds due to account level reserve since Oct. 20, many case later, I received a notice which said my bank account with a problem though it is no problem, for I use it to receive funds from Amazon for more than 6 years. then I have to update my bank account on Dec.8, unfortunatly, still all funds are into account level reserve, so what is the problem? when can i get my funds? anybody can help me?

My account health is ok, no A-Z, no credit car issue, no pending verification!

Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on the frustration this has caused. It is very common if there is an issue with bank accounts for the funds to go to account level reserve until the issue has been corrected. Would you kindly share the most recent seller support case ID with me in this thread? I would like to review and escalate.
