At Risk Store
Nice new orange button on my seller dashboard: "At Risk Store."
I called support to find out what "critical event" is causing imminent deactivation of my account, and now I am receiving robo-calls every five minutes from Seattle, correctly identified by my carrier (T-Mobile) as Scam Likely..
When I answer the phone, a taped voice tells me no one is available to speak to me.
So why the frig are they bothering me every few minutes with these idiotic calls?
It turns out that the so-called Policy Violations are occurring on signed first editions that already SOLD on other platforms, and aren't even actively for sale here on Amazon.
What kind of a s++t show is this?
Any Amazon Moderator care to comment?

I had a somewhat similar problem a while back. You need to go to your account health page, click on the policy violations and make sure you have Deleted the Products & Listings for all of them, not just deactivated them. If you have a space to tell them your remedy for each of them, just say you have deleted it from Amazon. This should keep you from getting kicked off, although the warning will still be on your page for a while.

Hey there @Seller_f5NinHPryoyCJ- thanks for looking to forums for assistance here! Danny from Amazon here, and it sounds like the other seller in the thread already provided some solid guidance on addressing policy violations, but I'll share a link to this Account Health FAQ as well which carries some instructions on next steps and submitting appeals in case it proves helpful!
Thank you very much for the insight on the calls you are receiving though, can you confirm if this is still occurring?
Thanks much,
Danny
