I can not quit the Offer Release Date! HELP

I set a offer release date a month ago, I want the product to be able to sell from today but even I updated the Date it doesn't change and don't allow the listing to be live to sell, need HElP!

Thanks for posting to the Forums. I recommend following the guidance steps provided to you in case 16000026501 from Support. Specifically, the update from September 11, 2024:

"

We understand you want to change release date for ASIN: B0D4ZN9ZFY.

We have found that the existing value for this attribute is being contributed from your selling account. You can make changes to this information by editing the product information from your inventory. To edit details of this attribute, please log into Seller Central and visit:

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/abis/listing/edit?marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&ref=xx_myiedit_cont_myifba&sku=FBA-TBH-001&asin=B0D4ZN9ZFY&productType=HAIR_DRYER#offer

You’ll need to wait for 24 hours in order to see the updates reflected in your detail page.

If you are receiving an error in the format such as i.e. "The value specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the Amazon value", code “8541”, etc, this means that the system is retaining previously submitted product data. You’ll need to submit a "partial update" inventory file with all attributes filled-in with the correct information, including:

* Brand Name (brand_name)

* external_product_id: Input the UPC

* external_product_id_type: Select “UPC” from the dropdown menu

* item_sku: Input the SKU

* update_delete: Select “Update”

* feed_product_type: Select the appropriate based on the ASIN’s category

* recommended_browse_nodes/item_type_keyword: Select the appropriate based on the ASIN’s category

"

If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to submit a new case for further troubleshooting.
