We want to report regular pilferage of our amazon packets by Amazon courier company in Panipat . We have been receiving heavy return request recently stating that the product is different from what was ordered while we have packed the right product.
Please help as to how we could overcome this problem.

We have also faced this problem two years back. We received multiple orders from the same PIN code but different accounts/addresses. All orders were canceled by customers at the stage when the packet reached the courier boy for delivery. We have raised multiple cases but no response and we were advised to dispatch orders. Later our Safe-t claim was rejected because the number of claims increased drastically.
This is a big problem where we can not cancel the orders to maintain good account health and Amazon is not giving any proper resolution.
Later we faced the same issue from Saharanpur and Jaipur also.
We switched to FBA mode for the upper range of products.
But over time, they stopped ordering.

Amazon pickup team is filled with thieves and they have complete support from amazon. They know the loopholes to steal and regulate ur orders in a way that you will not get claim also.
DONT do easy ship, do only self ship or fba.

i will suggest you to avoid those states which created lots of problem.
Welcome to the world of INDIAN E-commerce industry. Currently, i am using self ship service to avoid these kind of pain area.
if your products margin is very very low then i will suggest you to use self ship program.
you will get less orders in self ship program.
Ideally Amazon ought to provide shipping service for self ship kind of program.
