Brand registry keeps getting denied but unclear why
I am trying to figure out why my brand registry keeps getting denied. The email I keep getting back says
"the documentation you provided was incomplete or did not satisfy the requirements to confirm brand association or ownership."
Which documents do I need to fix or try to update? Any help would be appreciated! I don't see a way to email and get answers to my questions.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be assist in your Brand Registry enrollment denial. I was able to locate your latest application rejection and see that you submitted another application today, but I will call out that if the application is exactly the same as what you previously submitted, it will most likely get denied as well.
Looking through the attachments to your application, I recommend that you review the Invoice requirements for when you apply to sell, Seller University video. Although this video is not intended to address Brand Registry rejections, it does list out the requirements for an acceptable invoice (which is a requirement in the enrollment process).
