Not getting sales on Amazon is a common situation. Some questions may help determine some issues.
How much competition do you have? There was a post a year or two ago from a rookie wondering why his phone cases weren’t selling. Even a minor effort put into a search found there were over 10,000 OTHER sellers and many of them were ‘offshore’ and selling for a few cents and using FBA or the deeply discounted shipping costs that they get.
Did you do any test selling on OTHER (less expensive) sites to see if the products would actually sell?
Did you do any price elasticity testing on OTHER (less expensive) sites to see what prices the products would actually sell at?
On AMAZON, did you do any test selling doing FBM to see if the products would actually sell and determine what your costs would be BEFORE trying to do FBA?
On AMAZON, did you do any price elasticity testing to see what prices the products would actually sell at AGAIN before going to FBA?
Jumping immediately into FBA can be a huge mistake for many/most sellers due to the costs involved. If your items do NOT sell you will be paying storage fees FOREVER until you do a withdrawal order. Did you understand that BEFORE you made the decision to go FBA?

Hi there and welcome to the community! While I don't have specifics related to your account, I wanted to share some information for you to review below as I'm sure some others will chime in with their experiences as well.
A great resource to bookmark and review of course is Seller University. Tons of resources, videos and information to absorb there. Many new sellers go through this information several times. A great place to start is ensuring all the information you would find on a physical product is present (e.g. sizing, dimensions, materials, etc.). You have to remember that the product is not right in front of the customer as they are shopping on Amazon. Be sure to fill in any informational gaps utilizing your detail page.
I'll also drop some other resources below for you to review as well:
- Top 10 training videos for new sellers
- How to boost Amazon listings to drive more sales: 9 tactics
- Use search terms effectively
- Best practices for product detail pages
- Improve product details
- Tips for bullet points
Enhance your detail pages once you have the basics down. Doing so will help to educate your customers on the benefits of your product. A well written detail page can help set you apart from competitors and create more trust with customers.
