Amazon Ads Account Suspended AmazonKDP

I was running ads for my Amazon KDP business when suddenly they were stopped, ads console says there was a payment failure but i have no pending invoices to be paid.

When reaching out to support, i get the same message over and over again.

"Please follow the suggestions below to potentially become eligible to advertise:

* Ensure your products have enough inventory. Review your inventory reports and status frequently.

* Check your payment methods regularly and avoid any suspicious payment activity.

* Avoid having any unpaid balances or past due invoices as this may contribute to your suspension.

* Review your Account Health reports to ensure your Selling accounts adheres to the performance targets and policies required to sell on Amazon."

Amazon KDP does not have inventory, all invoices for past campaigns are paid in full with no credit card change, Account Health is OK since i'm selling on KDP.

i have no idea what next steps to take and support isn't giving much insight on what the issue truly is.
