Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that you feel that these seller accounts are related. A seller is allowed to have multiple accounts in the same category, as long as they are selling different branded items. If you have evidence that they are selling the same ASIN's across multiple accounts, please report them through the Report a Violation tool so they can be reviewed. Please ensure you provide ASIN's that they are listing on for evidence so it can be reviewed. Please create a separate report for each group of sellers that you feel are related.

You can read the policy here that states:

Multiple selling accounts on Amazon

You may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.

Examples of a legitimate business justification include:

You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each

You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies

You are recruited for an Amazon program that requires separate accounts

If you have reported this and feel no action was taken even after providing proof, please send me your complaint ID's so I can have it reviewed.
