Brand Registry - Already Enrolled Error
Hello, I am enrolling a brand into Brand Registry.
The trademark owner has created an Amazon account and now granted me user permission to register the brand as the brand owner. However we continue to get a response from the Brand Registry that the brand is already enrolled and to contact that unspecified for access. But in the past we have been told the brand is not registered and have no idea who to contact. The Brand Registry support has not been helpful as they continue to repeat the same information: The Brand is already registered.

Please reach out to your trademark owner to make sure there are no other trademarks registered with Amazon Brand Registry.
Brand Registry is not able register a new trademark when it already exists, but able to connect a trademark to an existing brand if requested by the trademark owner, brand admin and rights owner.
