Seller Account Deactivated

Hello,

I created new seller account on UK Ltd detail in Amazon.co.uk marketplace but next day I received email from Amazon US marketplace that

"Hello, Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated, and your listings have been removed. Ship any open orders to avoid further impact on your account. After 90 days of receiving this notification, you may request a fund disbursement by contacting .We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account, and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, abused our system, or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all of the funds in your account.

Why is this happening?

We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.

Then I provided utility bill and company documents and they rejected and sent email to me

"Hello,

We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.

Why is this happening?

Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Business Solutions Agreement.

We may not respond to further emails about this issue.

I'm much worried, I don't know what's I need to do now what's thing Amazon asked to me My utility bill and Company documents are authentic and same to same information whose I put on Amazon during creation. I request you to please guide me what can I do?

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for your question.

I reviewed your account and it looks like it was deactivated due to relations to another seller account based in the US.

I saw that you spoke with support over the phone already about this. If you want to reactivate your UK account, you will first need to address the deactivated US account. Once that is done, you can then submit an appeal to reactivate this second/new account.

Keep in mind, if your US account was deactivated for policy violations you were not able to address, then both accounts will remain deactivated.
