FWA4 - huge delays (shipment not checked in after 5 weeks)
Is anyone else still experiencing major problems at FWA4? I have a shipment delivered 6 weeks ago which is still not checked in, and Amazon keep pushing back the date that it is eligible for investigation (the date was originally end of December, but now it is pushed back to February).

Hello @Seller_hQWyCZBeHdcje, I have seen several other sellers reporting delays at this fulfillment center. 6 weeks puts it's arrival right before the holidays when the fulfillment centers are receiving large amounts of shipments. I can take a look at yours. What is the shipment ID?

Experiencing the same problem with FWA4, shipment ID FBA17PHGLVJR delivered on February 4th and is still not checked in as of March 7th... very frustrating... Opened multiple cases trying to find out what is going on with it with no results from Seller Support...
