we are company and we have many mails for our store and mobile numbers before 28 days suddenly all accounts stop received OTP codes we can login by mail and password but not receive OTP no any change happened for our systems or mails or mobile numbers

We try to make recover and upload ID until now we contact support services but also useless store still completely work down ,
