My name is Sandy from the Community manager team here on forums. Thank you for providing the case ID. I have looked into this.
Some sellers will see their case status through their seller central case log and it will show "answered" or "resolved" status before they get any answers from Brand registry. This is because the case may be passed to internal teams within Amazon and it reflects that information.
To check the most accurate status of your application, please check through your Brand Registry home page -> Brand Applications -> Status.
Closing the case or commenting on the application case may result in further delay of the investigation so I would not advise that as well.
Application reviews can take up to 10-15 business days or more to complete depending on the complexity of the case. I have confirmed that your case is in pending review and being passed to relevant teams for review.
