Hoping to get some MOD help ON Gating Brands

I've been selling a brand for over 10 years, the brand owner recognizes me as a legitimate dealer on Amazon, 10 months ago we got all the ASIN's (close to 700 of them) inactivated we uploaded all proper invoices as needed from our distributor (also legitimate and recognized by the brand) but to no avail.
I have tried over 10 times and its always the same, "Declined: Thank you for your application to sell ***** products. We have reviewed the documentation and information that you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell ***** products. We cannot accept this DOCUMENT because we are unable to verify the transaction with the supplier. Documents must be authentic and unaltered in order to be verified."
i have asked many times to call the brand owner or my distributor to verify, but get denied every time,
I have all documentation and may case numbers

I just tried re applying and got declined within 1 minute

We closed this case because you have submitted applications multiple times without providing new, updated, or required information. To appeal this decision, reply to this message and provide new documents for us to review. Do not submit a new application. We value your participation and hope that you will continue to sell other products in the Amazon store. We're here to help
I have submitted the required invoice from my distributor, also an invoice from the manufacturer to my distributor and a direct authorized reseller form recognizing my company as an authorized reseller on Amazon signed by director of sales and marketing from the brand owner/manufacturer)
What else am I to do? Manufacturer will not sign a letter of authorization because they say they have not needed to sign for any other seller on Amazon, other sellers are selling this brand but for some reason I am banned.
Can anyone help?

It appears the documentation submitted still does not meet our requirements for the selling application on the brand you are looking to apply for.
If you happen to have a relationship with the brand, you can have them add you to their approved authorized reseller list through Brand Registry, otherwise, please continue to review the guidance provided earlier in our discussion:
Below of the requirements for sourcing documentation:
Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured
These documents:
- Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
- Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
- Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
Additionally, a letter of authorization can also be a valuable addition to your appeal in these situations. If you’re sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer.
