Amazon Require me Brand approval for my listing
Hello Everyone! I hope you all have good times selling on Amazon.
I am a private-label seller. I registered my brand with Amazon before (not USPTO) and started listing my product under my brand name. I just sold 2 of my items and now my listing has become INACTIVE, and Amazon wants me to provide them a brand approval by presenting them an NVOICE. However, I sent them the invoice I got from a Chinese manufacturer and they rejected it. stating that I should present an invoice from the manufacturer, wholesaler, or supplier. I don't know if I am a brand owner, from whom I should present an Invoice.
I am overwhelmed and need your help on this issue.
