ATS has missed pickup multiple times since march. I have create multiple shipments and cases to reschedule the pickup seller support is useless they don't have any information regarding this. Please help!

I have been facing this issue as well, by my research i think if your product is sold by a bigger seller or a brand then they just keep small sellers hanging like that till they delete the account .

2 days continuously they have missed the pick up. The seller support have been trained for this. Sir please fill up the form. Nothing happens after that. only your metrics will come down. Yout STEP will be downgraded. Never felt so hopeless before. Amazon do something for small sellers

This is way too easy same happened with me. Please find below steps which I did and my account health was back to normal.
Step 1. Fill the easy ship pickup form (if an Easy Ship pickup was not attempted by 6pm on the scheduled date) Submit each order Individually (take screen shot)
Step 2. Create a case do not call seller support (it is useless). After creating case you will get case ID and mention the number of orders missed that day (mention date with time)
Step 3. Wait for their reply (you can also check yourself by entering case ID)
Step 4. They will reply you asking for proof that you had submitted the form and also take screenshot of account health late dispatch rate and reply them back with these screenshot along with all missed pickups (Order ID's)
Step 5. They will again reply you by end of day or next day.
Step 6. Your account health late dispatch rate will be 0.0% automatically once they have scrutinized the screenshots (This usually takes 48-72 hours.

Yes same thing is happening for my product too. And even after sending so many messages they have their auto generated reply. No one is personally responding. There is no phone to directly contact them. Please share the solution

I am.also facing the same issue. None of the orders being picked up and the customer care don't have any update or solution and they say to wait for all the orders and then it's auto cancelled. Is there anyway to escalate the issue. I am kind of stuck couldn't move further and further and no support from Amazon or neither they keen to find a solution. Didn't expected this from Amazon and totally disappointed. Please guide me.

For the FBA Shipments you can send the inventory by using "Amazon Empanelled Carrier (SPN)". If ATS is not coming for pickup. You can use Trackbizz Logistic services. I opted for their services they are reliable and deliver it on time.
